Refund policy

We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means within 30 days from receiving your item you can request a replacement for manufacture faults only.
We agree that the Amulets are to be placed in the mouth to be used accordingly to the reason of purchase.
Thus MBA, our company will not receive any 'returns' due to health regulations, covid-19 and general hygiene!
To be eligible for a replacement, you’ll need your receipt or the proof of purchase.

No “changed my mind’ requests will be honoured. We suggest you choose carefully.

Remember to keep the box chain as only the amulets are replaced.

You will dispose of damaged stock as we cannot receive potentially used stock.

Manufacture faults to be photographed and sent to support@mybreathart.com.

If MyBreathArt deems and agrees a manufacturing fault:

  1. You keep and dispose of your faulty product.
  2. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Upon review of your photo evidence MBA will replace your order, yet you will incur a $10 shipping and packaging cost for replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately and contact if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Follow above 3 steps, same as ‘manufacture fault’.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be replaced, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Refers only to affiliate companies and their policies, not to MyBreathArt amulets or necklaces.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your replacement, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
